Harley Pub Brewery. We supply you with an unfiltered and lively beer that benefits your health. We brew it in our brewery only from natural ingredients, in a stainless boiler with a capacity of 10 hl. Beer is fermented in the open fermentation vat for about 7 days and is then matured in the cellar at a temperature of 2° to 4° C for 30-60 days.
We brew both classical beer and specials. We use threshing floor malt from the Záhlinice malthouses, Saaz hops, and local water.
Topper light 10°, Scat light 11°, Panhead semi-dark 11°, Shovel bright 12°, King dark 13°.
Harley Pub Restaurant. Since our beer needs to take its time to mature, our daily menu may sometimes differ from what’s shown on the beer menu.
