Žlebské Chvalovice Brewery. Operations launched in 2010.
The brewery here brews mostly unfiltered lagers and specials, exclusively from Czech raw ingredients. The beer is brewed in the catchment boiler at a capacity of 5 hl. The beer is not pasteurized or stabilized. Light, semi-dark, and dark top-fermented from 11° to 17° EPM.
From April to September, a kiosk is open with refreshments and regional products.
The main selection consists of unfiltered lagers – 12° light and 13° dark. The 12° light is a classic Pilsner-type twelve grade. The 13° dark is a heavy dark beer whose color is determined by roasted malt, leaving a slight coffee flavor. There are also two types of top-fermented specials – wheat beer and pale ale.
