The Faltus brewery was opened in May 2012. With the brewery’s opening, we strive to build on more than 140 years of brewing tradition in Česká Třebová.
We brew using the classic dual mash method from quality Czech raw ingredients. All equipment brewery is stainless steel, while the boiler, the heart of the brewery, is located directly in the restaurant.
We brew quality bottom and top fermented beers. Our basic selection is brewed under the brand Kohout – 10°, 11°, light special 13°, and special dark 14°, and we also offer other specials such as IPA, ale, stout, and more.
