Zlosin Brewery. The original Renaissance brewery in Velké Losiny, the origins of which can not be traced accurately, included the building itself and four lager cellars. From all this, only a fragment of the boiler and the unique icehouse, a deep roofed stone-walled circular hole in the ground, have survived up until now. During the time of Jan Ludvík of Žerotín (between 1723 and 1729), the brewery was rebuilt into a grand granary and beer brewing was ceased here.
The newly emerging Zlosin brewery has placed the most demanding of tasks before itself – to return the village to a centuries-old brewing tradition and give its exclusive beer brand the desired uniqueness of the original flavor, unmistakably associated with the magic of the local region.
