Family Brewery 713. The brewery was founded at the end of 2015. The technology involves a two-vessel boiler, with the fermentation and lagering tanks and other equipment hidden in the brewing facilities, without which neither the boiler nor tanks would have never been revived. The production of unfiltered and unpasteurized beer takes place using traditional and tested brewing practices and the use of high quality raw ingredients – selected Czech and German malts and, based on the beer’s characteristics, other various kinds of Czech, German, English, American, and New Zealand hops.
A wide selection of bottom and top fermented beers. 11° Queen Elizabeth and 12° Rejčka light lagers, Kněž Ambrož dark lager, Diana semi-dark Viennese lager, Eliščin Šluk smoked lager, seasonal Red Ale, American ale AHA! (American Hoppy Ale), light wheat beer 1225, dark wheat beer 1424, wheat bock 1866, Irish stout O'HAAARA, Belgian ale HERCULE [erkyl] and other special occasion beers.
Selected pubs and beer halls, especially in Hradec Králové. In the brewery, you can taste the current selection of beer or buy beer in PET bottles and kegs every Tuesday and Friday between 3 and 6 pm.
Tours are available during brewery opening hours (Tuesday and Friday between 3 and 6 pm); outside these hours a tour is possible upon agreement.
“IF I HAD TWO LIVES, I WOULD DEDICATE BOTH OF THEM TO THE BEER OF THE FAMILY BREWERY 713”.
