Brewery and restaurant U Fleků. Beer has been brewed at U Fleků since 1499, so it is the oldest classic restaurant brewery that has survived to this day. The entire complex consists of historic buildings whose walls are decorated by colorful frescoes.
The restaurant offers visitors 1,200 seats in eight halls and gardens. The brewery holds the unique boiler spaces (photo), where beer is still manufactured under the original medieval beams, painted with ox blood.
For 170 years, only unfiltered Bavarian style dark beer has been brewed. Its production includes only barley malt, hops, water and yeast. It contains 4.6% alcohol.
Only in the restaurant U Fleku; the selection also includes bottles and kegs.
