Bishop Brewery U sv. Štěpána (St. Stephen Bishop’s Brewery). The microbrewery and restaurant is located in the Diocese of the Cardinal Trochta house in Litoměřice. The building was built in 1858. It served mainly as a seminary of the Diocese of Litoměřice, also serves as a hostel, and since 2015 in cooperation with the Bishopric of Litoměřice as a microbrewery and a restaurant with a capacity of 130 seats and a summer garden.
Our goal is to continue the tradition of brewing in church buildings; through a high quality of our products and their presentations, such as tapping and beer consumption in our own establishments, we are able to reach exceptional levels of hospitality.
We offer bottom fermented unpasteurized lagers. Our best-selling beer is Štěpán 12°, Děkán 11°, Vikář 10° and the Christmas special semi-dark Jezule 16°, we also produce summer and Easter special beers (14°).
Our beer can be purchased in our brewery restaurant as well as in restaurants in Prague: Galerka, Bělehradská 44, in the Galerie Piva, Krymská 36. In Mělník in the restaurant Pivo & Zahrada, Palackého 130.
In groups upon arrangement – tour of the boiler with tasting option.
