Na Vyhlídce (Lookout Point) Brewery. The cornerstone of this microbrewery was laid in May 2015 in the former bar Na Vyhlídce in Moravská Nová Ves.
All the beers we produce are ales or top-fermented; we use only honest materials, namely quality local water, Czech malt, and Czech hops. The beer is brewed in a microbrewery with a boiler volume of 280 liters, thus making it a “beer manufactory”, giving rise to distinctive brews, mostly unfiltered and unpasteurized. The microbrewery itself is located in brand new cellars that also include a stylish tasting pub. Here you can enjoy our draft beer directly from the lager cellar and have a bite to eat from a variety of local specialties.
Currently we permanently brew five kinds of beer: 8° Cyklobír, 11° Extra chmelená (hoppy), 11° Pšeničná wheat, 12° Jantarová amber, 12° Nugget speciál, and 18° Žitný (rye) Milk Stout. In addition to these year-round brewed beers, we also offer a good amount of seasonal specials.
We are purely a local microbrewery, selling our products primarily in the village of Moravská Nová Ves and to the surrounding area.
Brewery tours are available by prior arrangement. We also organize courses in brewing and experiential events, such as “Jeden den sládkem” (Brewer for a Day) where participants can experience the complete process of brewing beer.
