Riegrovka Microbrewery. A microbrewery, pizzeria, and steakhouse in one place in the heart of Olomouc. Come enjoy and experience the magic of dry aging beef and brewing before your own eyes. We age meat from 28 to 100 days in our climate chamber. We are the first in the Czech Republic to use this unique technology. Savor organic quality steaks from Czech farms. Our menu includes veal and pork from Přeštice.
As a brewery, we brew bottom and top fermented beers, both in open fermentation tanks which guests can see in the restaurant under glass in the floor, and in cylindrical-conical fermentation tanks. Our beers are lively, neither filtered nor pasteurized. The Riegrovka Brewery cooperates with malt manufacturers in Záhlinice and with the Hop Research Institute in Saaz, where we take the best ingredients for our beer.
We currently brew and draft 9 types of beers such as 10° draft, light, semi-dark, and ruby lagers, and other specials such as Ale, IPA, AWA, and Bock Stout.
We fill our beer into kegs to order for pubs in the Olomouc region, as well as into PET bottles, which can be purchased directly in our restaurant.
Guided tours are available on weekdays after prior phone arrangement for groups of 5 to 15 people. The tour includes a tasting.
