Svatý Florian (St. Florian) Family Brewery. The brewery was opened in 2006 in the original malthouse dating from the age of Charles IV. The brewery is unique in the fact that the brewery restaurant still contains the entire brewery technology, dominated by a copper boiler of 500 liters. The brewery also houses a newly established brewery museum with an exhibition of historical beer bottles, bottling machines, drafting equipment, and cooper utensils. For beer connoisseurs and enthusiasts, don’t miss the opportunity to visit our beer shop with countless souvenirs, beer labels, coasters, mugs, and especially the opportunity to purchase St. Florian beer to take with you. The brewery complex also includes the largest collection of spa cups consisting of 2300 items, holding its place in the Czech Guinness Book of Records.
